The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our HR Advice Team, focused on providing consistent advice on a range of employee relation matters and change management processes. This role will be supporting the whole C&C Group.

The role itself provides a great level of diversity and exposure with opportunities to advise on a variety of employee relation matters including complex collective grievances, early conciliation and employment tribunals. In addition to collaboratively supporting high volumes of case management the team advises and guides the business through all organisational change process including restructuring, redundancies and TUPE Transfers.

The role will see you working in a team of 5 established advisor who work across the entirety of our business and is led by our HR Advice Manager.

Duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Advise people managers on a variety of employee relations in line with the organisations policies and procedures.
• Coach and guide people managers in conducting investigations, grievances and disciplinaries from the first point of contact to resolution.
• Meet with stakeholders to present monthly statistics, discuss employee relations matters and trends within the individual business units.
• Deliver training to people managers and the wider business.
• Lead on key change projects for 2023.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build working relationships quickly.
• Clear, strong knowledge of employment law.
• Ability to manage and advise on complex, high risk and sensitive cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience of working with large on-going volumes of cases.
• Knowledge and hands on experience of change and restructure management preferably in a commercially focused environment.
• A team player who is results driven and provides a level of service in line with our values.
