    Overview

    We are looking to recruit you in the role of an Account Director within the On Trade Nationals Team. Sitting within the PubCo space, this role will be working primarily with one leading pub group and some smaller customers within this space.

    The Group has been consistently highly rated and we are looking for a motivated and commercially aware individual to ensure that we deliver a best in class service to grow our customers, grow our share of the customers, and to grow our brands.

    This role will be wholly responsible for the management of this relationship with clients. Currently, there is a mixture of composite supply through TCB in Scotland, Matthew Clark supplying wines into other areas, and finally the onboarding of a further pubs into the MCB network. There are opportunities to grow all alcohol categories.

    Role of Account Director is to head up three projects and maximise efficiencies and profitability for all parties. A collaborative approach across multiple C&C functions is essential so it is pivotal that you have demonstratable experience in building key working relationships across different departmental functions.

     

    What you'll do

    You'll regularly review business performance and priorities and develop the sector plans with the Channel Director
    Review monthly sales performance with the Finance team
    Network at a senior level within customers or prospects to raise the profile of C&C and to identify and realise new business opportunities within designated Customer Channels
    Review and agree customer business plans with NAM / NAEs
    Work in partnership with key suppliers to ensure C&C strategy and objectives are met
    Work with the Customer Marketing Manager to design effective Channel Marketing strategies in conjunction with Strategic Initiatives and ensure their effective implementation

    About you

    You'll have excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
    Good Knowledge of: Excel, Word, Power Point
    Account Business Planning Skills
    Experience of account negotiation at a senior level
    Thorough knowledge of C&C drinks categories and marketing objectives
    Full Driving Licence (6 points max)
