    About the role

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Support Executive within the Commercial Operations Team.  This is a pivotal and fast paced role within C&C where no two days are the same and best laid plans are subject to change, so resilience, the ability to problem solve and a can-do attitude are a pre-requisite.

    The successful candidate will provide strong administration support to our commercial sales teams and ensure smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders.

    What you'll be doing

    You'll produce and analyse a wide range of reports for the business unit and provide recommendations on data analysis to support internal stakeholders.
    You'll place free stock and samples orders and provide all reporting on this, order Point of Sale items in line with budgets, ensuring full use of allocation and accurately recording spend and assist internal departments on Point of Sale budgets where appropriate.
    You'll manage POS stock levels and communicate effectively with external agencies.

    About you

    You'll be confident with Microsoft Office packages such as Excel, Word etc. Ideally you'll have operational experience either in a commercial operations or supply chain environment, and/or commercial experience within an FMCG environment within the drinks industry.
    This role may also suit a recent graduate who can think on their feet and learn quickly and who is looking to start their career in the drinks industry.
