  • About the Role

    The Freight Planning Administrator will support the Supply Planning team in expediting and chasing purchase orders raised by the Planning Team to Matthew Clark Bibendum suppliers located all over the world.

    The Freight Planning Administrator will be responsible for confirming the location of goods and purchase orders at any given time and cooperate with our hauliers on a daily basis. This role with also support in managing our Inbound Operations at our main warehouse.

    Reporting to the Supply Planning Team Leader, you will be a part of the ever-growing C&C Group, joining a positive and supportive team purchasing over 8000 products from all over the world. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced Planners and become fully engaged in the replenishment process.

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Chasing hauliers/suppliers for updated collection and delivery dates into UK and warehouse.
    • Report all discrepancies versus requested dates and cooperate with hauliers in finding the best logistics solutions.
    • Bookings management into Bristol Port; Resolve outstanding inbound issues and maintain issues log
    • Hauliers’ activities reporting as indicated by Planning Team Leader - Freight.
    • Any other task as indicated by Supply Planning Team Leader or Supply Planning Manager
