About the role
As a Brands Dispense Lead you will oversee and optimise all aspects of the brands dispense operations for the C&C portfolio of brands across GB.
The role ensures the consistent delivery of exceptional service through close collaboration with service providers, internal stakeholders and other brewers. The role drives performance through data led insights and continuous improvement, ensuring brand integrity, cost efficiency and exceptional and consistent standards are driven and always maintained.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead and manage all brands dispense activities across GB, ensuring high standards and seamless execution.
- Work with the Commercial Excellence team and all internal stakeholders to embed and improve process and best practice relating to all brands dispense ways of working both internally and across our suppliers.
- Collaborate with our technical service provider to accurately communicate the C&C ways of working requirements to ensure optimum service levels and seamless brand execution.
- Monitor service provider performance through documented SLA’s ensuring adherence to expected standards.
- Proactively identify gaps or areas of underperformance and drive remedial actions to resolve issues promptly.
- Providing support for Brands dispense projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage all MBMS transactions and other brewer discussions including invoicing and all financial reconciliation.
- Own all reporting on all brands dispense activity delivering accurate, timely and actionable insights across the business.
- Analysis data to identify trends, optimise cost and service levels and support fact-based recommendations.
- Identify and implement cost-efficiency opportunities across dispense while maintaining service quality and brand standards.
- Work collaboratively with Finance, marketing, sales, procurement to review spend, identify waste and negotiate value added agreements.
- Support the business in forecasting and budgeting all dispense related activities.
About you
- Minimum Two Years Experience in a Brands dispense environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels, ensuring information is delivered and understood.
- Ability to build strong relationships with all key stakeholders.
- Disciplined approach to organisation, administration, and project management.
- Strong financial awareness and budget management
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage own time effectively.
- Team player who is also confident working independently
- Positive, enthusiastic and driven.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to prioritise workload.
